The cigarettes you buy are made in Europe, and are to European specification unless otherwise stated. MegaSmoker.com accepts no liability for the non-availability of any products. In the event that the Customer's chosen product is not available, a refund or credit note will be offered to the Customer.

Goods are delivered by Registerd Air Mail and need to be signed for upon arrival. If your goods are not received in time, please email us quoting your order number. If you are not able to quote the order number, please provide your name, the delivery address and the approximate date of your order. We will attempt to track the order. The average delivery time to United States is 1 - 3 weeks (15 days usually).
